Reviews policy
Reviews only help if they are real. Here is how we handle them, in line with the Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).
What we do
- We publish reviews from customers who bought the product through this store, and from Next Turn testers, who are labelled as such.
- We do not write reviews ourselves, pay anyone to write them, buy them, or use software to generate them.
- We do not offer discounts, free product or anything else in exchange for a positive review. If we ever give something in exchange for any review, we require the reviewer to say so and we label the review.
- We show negative reviews. We do not sort or filter to hide them. Our average rating includes every published review.
- We ask every customer for a review by email about two weeks after delivery, whether or not we think they liked it.
When we remove a review
Only for these reasons: it is not about the product or our service; it contains someone's personal information, abuse, threats, hate, obscenity or spam; it is about a different company; we have reason to believe it was not written by the person it says, or that the person was paid by someone else; or it is unlawful. Being critical of us is never a reason.
Testers
People in the Next Turn tester circle receive trial vials free. Their reviews carry a "tester" label and must say the product was free.
Social posts
If we repost a customer's photo or words on our social channels, we ask first and we credit them. If anyone we have paid or given product to talks about Twynela online, they must disclose it clearly, and we remind them of that in writing.
