The fragrances
What does "inspired by" mean here?
It means we started from a scent direction you probably already know and changed one thing on purpose. The product page names the inspiration so you can decide whether it is for you, and names the change, which we call The Turn. Our fragrances are our own compositions, made by us, and we have no connection with the brands we mention. We never claim a Twynela fragrance is identical to anything else; the turn is the difference.
Are these dupes?
No. A dupe tries to be the same thing cheaper. Ours is a different finish on a familiar start. If you want the original, buy the original.
How long do they last?
It depends on your skin, the weather and where you spray. On us, Mineral Ember lasts longest and Skin in Daylight stays closest. All three are made to be worn close and reapplied, not to fill a room. The product pages say what we smell hour by hour.
What concentration are they?
We do not print a concentration name on the bottle. We tell you how each one behaves on the product page instead, which is more useful.
Can I try before I buy a bottle?
Yes. The First Turn sample set is all three in 2 ml vials for $12, and the $12 comes back as a code toward a bottle.

Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC, by USPS Ground Advantage. Fragrance is a flammable liquid and must travel by ground, so we cannot yet reach Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or other countries. Details in the Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
$6 flat, free at $75 and over.
When will it arrive?
We pack within 1 to 2 business days; ground delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days after that.
Can I return it?
Unopened bottles with the seal intact, within 30 days, yes. Opened bottles, no, which is why the sample set exists. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it. Refund Policy.
Do you sell wholesale or to shops?
Not yet. Email us and we will keep you on the list.
