Every policy on this site, in one page.

These are the short versions. The full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are the agreement between us; where this summary and a full policy differ, the full policy applies.

Buying

You must be 18 or older. Prices are in US dollars; tax and shipping show at checkout before you pay. We can cancel an order before it ships for a lawful reason, including a pricing error, and we refund you in full if we do. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and the other methods at checkout; we never see your full card number.

Shipping

The 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, by USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Fragrance is a flammable liquid and travels by ground only, so we cannot yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or other countries. $6 flat; free at $75 and over. We pack in 1 to 2 business days; delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days more. PO boxes yes; freight forwarders no.

Returns and refunds

Unopened bottles with the seal intact: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less the $6 return label unless the mistake was ours. Opened fragrance cannot be returned, which is why the $12 sample set exists; sample sets are final sale. Damaged, lost or wrong orders: tell us within 14 days and we replace or refund them at our cost. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.

The sample set credit

The $12 you pay for the sample set comes back as a code good for $12 off one 30 ml bottle, once, within 90 days. It cannot be combined with other codes or used on another sample set.

Safety

External use only. Keep away from eyes, broken skin, heat and flame. Patch test if you have sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Full ingredient lists and how to report a reaction are on the Safety and ingredients page.

Privacy

We collect what we need to take your order, ship it and answer you, and, if you opt in, to send you email or texts. We use Shopify and a few service providers to run the store, and we do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies count as "sharing" under California law; you can turn them off with the "Do not sell or share" link in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@twynela.com; we answer within 45 days.

Reviews, texts and The Next Turn

Reviews are never paid for or faked, and negative ones are shown. Texts are optional, up to 4 a month; reply STOP to end them. The Next Turn is open to US residents 18 and over; submissions give us a license to use them, votes guide but do not bind us, and testers must disclose that their vials were free.

Disputes

Texas law applies. Disputes go to individual arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, with a 30-day opt-out after you first agree to the Terms, and no class actions. Email us first; most problems are solved in one message.
